On 3rd March 2021, the Government announced the introduction of grant support for non-essential retail, hospitality, accommodation, leisure, personal care and gym businesses in England. This support will take the form of a one-off grant funding scheme in the Financial Year 2021-2022. The scheme is called the Restart Grant
This form is provided to capture the information required by the council to verify and make the payment of these grants.
You will need to have your business rates account reference and the name of the business as it appears on your most recent bill.
Your application will then be submitted for verification. The Government have advised that we are unable to make payments until your bank details and company status have been verified. This process will take a minimum of 7 days and payment via BACS will only be made if your details pass verification.
